What it is
PPM is a C-core Python package manager plus an MCP memory layer for agents. Memory payloads stay off-chain. On-chain we store only a 32-byte SHA-256 commitment (Soroban, wasm32v1-none). A human signs every store. Agents do not hold keys.
Tool-solver (Drips + Stellar Wave 8)
The C primitive is listed on Drips as drQedwards/PPM. Wave 8 (24–31 Aug, $75k pool) is the live Stellar Wave cycle. The solver: agent-assisted issue work with a human maintainer on the Stellar path — hash, verify, then the human submits. No NFT injection into the oracle. No invented contract IDs.
